These positions offer the chance to enhance your Caterpillar expertise, develop your abilities, and collaborate with a proficient team to meet our customer's demands.Our Trade Upgrade program, with a primary emphasis on maintenance, diagnostics, and servicing, provides Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics the chance to advance their skills and receive in-house training from some of the industry's finest tradespeople! As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO-50737), our Training Institute will allow you to complete a Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology while gaining valuable practical experience.Our Rebuilds Workshops specialise in the complete overhaul of a range of CAT machines from D10 Dozers through to 789 Off-Highway Trucks, giving you a variety of exposure.Roster and RemunerationOption 1: Monday - Friday (rotating days/nights)

• Roster Pattern: 2 weeks of days, followed by 2 weeks of nights
• Day shift: 0600-1630 & Night shift: 1600-0230

Option 2: Lifestyle Roster (15/28)- working only half the year

• Roster Pattern: Complete your nights in 1 swing, every 3 weeks! 12-hour shifts
• Day shift: 0600-1830 & Night shift: 1800-0630

*Upon successful completion of your Trade Upgrade your remuneration will be reviewed for increase where applicable. Each candidate will be assessed based on their skills and experience*Essential CriteriaTo be considered for one of these positions you will need:

• Heavy Vehicle experience is essential
• Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is desirable
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
• Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Cert III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Cert III Agricultural Mechanical Technology
