Concrete Batcher and Lab Tech Roles Available in Toowoomba
Below are the job details:
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the day to day production issues of the Toowoomba
Concrete plants, in order to optimise the business and operational result.
Quality System guidelines
Concrete produced in strict accordance with approved/ specified mix designs. Including
meeting customer mix requirements.
Tracking, measuring, and reporting of variability in water trim and water demand of
mixes via feedback from drivers and monitoring of materials.
Monthly stock controls and material reconciliation reports prepared for management.
Customer orders accepted and processed in a courteous and efficient manner.
Delivery times to site negotiated with customers where applicable.
Manage all COD sales within the Limits of Authority
Nil outstanding COD
Collection and reconciliation of all COD received at plant level.
Front end loader operations
Complete weekly audits
Management of raw material stock levels
Perform general plant maintenance
Manage efficient Fleet allocations to reduce costs and improve customer service.
General laboring & yard duties
Other duties as required or instructed
Requisites
Experience in a Concrete Batcher role (Preferred)
Confident when working with computers
FEL Ticket (Preferred)
Forklift Ticket (Preferred)
Confined Space Training (Preferred)
Working at Heights Training (Preferred)
