Plant Operator

Primero is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to be an integral part of our crushing & screening operation on one of our operations and maintenance projects. Located approximately 100kms southeast of Port Hedland.

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent safety awareness and values 
• Experience in a fixed plant mining environment, with a focus on reliability, quality, and efficiency. 
• Willing to assist in shutdown/maintenance tasks on a routine basis.
• Operation and optimisation of plant equipment & process to ensure quality operations consistently.
• Crushing and screening experience 
• Control Room experience, specifically in a Crushing and Screening environment (desirable)
• Self-starter, capable of working independently or within a team environment collaboratively. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a nationally accredited front end loader ticket (Essential)
• Proven experience in ROM loader operations (Essential)
• Confined space & working at heights tickets
• Excavator, Telehandler & skid steer tickets (desirable)
• Drivers Licence C-Class (LR or above desirable)
• High Risk work licence (WP, DG, CN desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen.
