Plant Operator - Recycling

Benedict Recycling leads the way in recycling and resource recovery. Our facilities efficiently process commercial and industrial waste as well as a range of industrial residues.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Excavator Operator or Front-End Loader Operator to join our team at Chipping Norton for afternoon shifts. Experience in both Excavator and Front-End Loader operations is a bonus. This is a full-time position with working hours between 3pm and midnight with regular overtime available.

Responsibilities:

• Stockpiling and sorting material
• Loading truck and dogs (including using weigh scales)

• Preparation and sorting of materials for processing

• Feeding crushers and screens
• Loading material from bays
• Assist in isolation of hazardous materials
• Operating machinery
• Stock piling

The successful candidate will:

• Must have experience in Excavator and/or Front-End Loader operations
• Mechanical aptitude
• Customer oriented
• Have a safety focus and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Honest, reliable, & punctuality are very important
