Plant Operators

East Arm Civil is a Civil Construction Company based in Darwin.  We are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team.

Multiskilled operators required for the following:

• Excavator  
• HR Truck Driver (Dump Truck, Water Cart and Tippers)
• Grader 
• Front End Loader 
• Roller
• All round operator
• Able and willing to labour.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Background in Civil Construction.
• Relevant tickets and qualifications.
• Conduct machine pre-starts.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Medical including DOA testing.
• Construction Industry Card
• HR Licence
• A commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for effective coordination and collaboration on-site.

This role will be based in Darwin working full-time roster hours. Remuneration will be based on experience.
