Form of work CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a Plasterer/Handyperson to join our Maintenance team in the Brisbane region.If you are looking to for a career in a well-established, reputable, national services and maintenance business this role is a perfect fit. The Role:You will mainly be working on your own across the Brisbane area, servicing CBC clients, so a willingness to travel and having the ability to work autonomously is really important. In this role you will undertake duties such as (but not limited to): Plastering Patch and paint works General handyperson work Painting Travel to multiple client sites when required Work safely and comply with all WHSEQ requirements Additional benefits: Motor Vehicle Allowance and Mobile Phone Allowance Additional Remuneration Allowances including travel Supportive and friendly team environment About YouWe are looking for an energetic, proactive and skilled Plasterer / Handyperson with great communication skills and who takes pride in what they do. You should also have the following: Own tools Solid understanding of the building sector Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills Awareness of WHSEQ requirements on construction sites Requirements: COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations (required) WHS/OHS Induction Card Current Drivers licence Current National Police Check (or willing to get one) Certificate III in Plastering or similar (desirable) Cert II or III in Carpentry (desirable) First Aid Certificate (desirable) Please note that due to the fact CBC operates in a number of high risk and vulnerable settings, such as Aged Care and Health, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a prerequisite…
