 Personal Attributes and Qualifications:

Here’s what we need from you:

• Be a Qualified and Registered Plumbing Tradesperson (WA). (OR hold the equivalent license, with ability to transfer license to WA).
• Hold a current WA Gas Fitting Permit – Installing NG & LPG (minimum requirement). (OR hold the equivalent license, with ability to transfer license to WA). 
• Have a current National Police Clearance – within 6 months with no convictions.
• Have Class C Western Australian Drivers license.
• Be able to follow instructions, systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of work on time.
• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
• Have a high standard of communication skills, including and not limited to listening skills.
• Ambitious with the drive and commitment to succeed.
• Passionate and committed to contributing to excellence in the business.
• Highly motivated, focused and pay a high attention to detail.
• Able to deal with change in an open minded and enthusiastic manner.
• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and clients
• Be honest and trustworthy.
• Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work is preferred but not essential.
• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch!

Key Performance Indicators:

• Communicating effectively with the Owner/Manager, Plumbing Supervisor and Operations/Admin Staff
• Be punctual on arrival to and from work.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels on work vehicle.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• The ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn and share personal expertise.
• Jobs completed in timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring Job descriptions are completed electronically at the end of each job via our SimPRO Mobile App. (Training Provided)
• Follow OHS Policies and Procedures
