• Work off a set of drawings to efficiently manage and run small to medium projects.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver projects.
• Supervise and lead a team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with builders and other stakeholders to meet project deadline.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant regulations and protocols.

• Proven experience as a supervisor or leading hand in the construction/plumbing industry.
• Ability to interpret drawings and effectively communicate project requirements to the team.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Minimum of 5 years trade experience in Australia.
• Current Plumbing Trade and Gas Fitters Licence.
• C Class Drivers Licence.
• National Police Clearance or ability to obtain.
• White Card or willingness to obtain.
