The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
From humble beginnings NPS has grown to a national organisation with circa 200 staff and significant growth plans to build on the strong foundations. At NPS we provide high-quality services for industry, government, and water authorities with significant growth in emerging areas of digital metering and IoT device management.
About the Role
We are looking for a suitably experienced Plumber based in the West, who can come on board and hit the ground running and get up to speed with a number of projects that are under way. We pride ourselves on providing a professional trade team; our goal is to exceed customer expectations consistently. This is why we are looking for a Plumber who has great attention to detail and take pride in the work they perform and the role they play within our business. NPS has established regular and satisfied customers, we are looking for team players, who possess well developed people skills, with the ability to deal with all customers in a professional manner and deliver high quality work, on time.
About You
With several projects under way, we need reliable and committed Plumbers to join us, do you possess:
- 4+ years in commercial maintenance plumbing.
- Experience in government and educational institute contract works highly regarded.
- Quoting experience highly regarded.
- Sewer jets and camera work experience.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Plumbing registration or licence.
- Construction Induction (white/red) card.
- Police check and working with children's check would be advantageous and you must be able to obtain one if you don't already have one.
- A great attitude with a willingness to learn.
- An aptitude for problem solving.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perform work under supervision either individually or in a team environment.
- Pride in your work.
