Our client AGL are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join them on a contract basis. This is a Melbourne based hybrid role and initially for a six months duration with a potential to extend for longer.

The Program Management Office (PMO) provides centralised governance, cadence, reporting, standard processes, and general program support. As the PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating, managing, and supporting PMO activities and processes across the program.
You will have:
- Proficient in Tools: High level of competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Competency in agile related tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Project Management Expertise: understanding and experience of project management principles, encompassing agile and waterfall methodologies. Prior Technology transformation and experience working across multiple streams required.
- Time and Priority Management: Exceptional ability to self-manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies to propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication written and verbal to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, articulate PMO information, and influence decision making.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle conflicts, and proactively address challenges in a dynamic project environment.
