Band 7 salary of $109,153.42 plus super and a fortnightly RDO

A bit about the role
This role will lead the ongoing development, management and implementation of the Project Management Framework (PMF) and provide specialist project management advice and support to the broader project community.
It will also be responsible for analysis of forecast, budget and coordinating the ongoing capability development of the Project Management Community to ensure staff across Wyndham City Council are adequately skilled in key areas relating to project management.
What you’ll do
Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, analysis and reporting including revenue, expenditure, cash flow and balance sheet
Provide specialist advice on Project Management processes, principles and use of the PMF based on project methodology, sound knowledge, experience and organisational systems and processes
Provide proactive, quality and timely advice to input into Project Management strategy, policy and processes
Responsible for developing improvements and enhancements relating to the PMF
What you’ll bring
Diverse Project Management experience, including leading cross-organisational change projects and working in project management frameworks
Ability to liaise and manage situations with various stakeholders to resolve specialist problems and build long term relationships
Conceptual and research skills and ability to transfer best practices to operational environments
Familiarity with the principles and practices of budgeting and other relevant financial procedures
Relevant qualification and experience is highly desirable
Experience in the use of financial reporting and business intelligence tools such as Oracle
A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
