Our client is a fast growing consulting group that are engaged to undertake a large transformation Program. To support this program the client is looking for a PMO Consultants whom have a range of skills with a particular expertise in either Reporting, Risk and Issues or Resource Planning. These opportunities will require someone with a Government Clearance or ability to get one for an initial contract for 12 months.
You will be an experienced PMO Professional who will be supporting the PMO Manager and various PM and work closely with the Vendors to align the projects for a successful delivery.
As a PMO Analyst your role is included but not limited to:
- Ability to setup reporting including frequency, types, process and maintain a single source of truth
- Experience in managing risk and issues registrars along with mitigation and being proactive in managing risk
- Ability to forecast and foresee resource requirements across the portfolio and augment as required.
- Manage the schedule
- Regular project officer duties, and run project start-ups workshops, end of project workshops, risk workshops.
- Reporting on multiple projects
- Assist PM’s with the client’s methodology
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Want a blend of PMO Analyst and consulting experience
- Strong MS project
- Knowledge of PM methodologies
- Experience working in PMO that is forming and wanting to put in place governance and reporting and templates
