Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) program management office team, monitoring operational plans, managing governance requirements, and achieving performance objectives.
- Facilitate the development of compliance strategy to work with Program directors to ensure alignment on the Zero Emission Bus transition plans and change
- Lead the planning and development of program support capability (people and systems) to meet short, medium and long-term Program objectives, particularly aiming at building agility in skills and systems.
- Provide strategic advice to the Executive Director (Commercial Partnerships) and broader senior executive team on key issues relating to program-of-work management, and opportunities to improve the branch's contribution to business outcomes.
- Develop and Maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a holistic view of the in-progress and forward program of work, and managing the change management required to embed changing process.
- Contribute proactively as a member of the Leadership Team to develop a collaborative team culture across the branch, with a focus on achieving improved levels of customer satisfaction and branch performance.
