Translink is seeking a highly skilled Director to oversee the program management office for the Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) program. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering TMR's response to the Queensland Government's Zero Emission Vehicle Strategy 2022-2032.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage the Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) program management office team, monitoring operational plans, managing governance requirements, and achieving performance objectives.
• Facilitate the development of compliance strategy to work with Program directors to ensure alignment on the Zero Emission Bus transition plans and change
management activities.
• Lead the planning and development of program support capability (people and systems) to meet short, medium and long-term Program objectives, particularly aiming at building agility in skills and systems.
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive Director (Commercial Partnerships) and broader senior executive team on key issues relating to program-of-work management, and opportunities to improve the branch's contribution to business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a holistic view of the in-progress and forward program of work, and managing the change management required to embed changing process.
• Contribute proactively as a member of the Leadership Team to develop a collaborative team culture across the branch, with a focus on achieving improved levels of customer satisfaction and branch performance.
