Earlier this year we launched The Local Production, a full-service specialist agency focused on creating content to truly elevate brands. Harnessing expert knowledge and skills, we specialise in delivering strategic excellence and creative brilliance.
Some of the things you’ll be working on….
- Working within TLP’s Production team, you will be responsible for the end to end production of TLP’s Podcasts.
- Using your industry experience, you will offer suggestions on best practice, as well as thinking outside of the box to further promote TLP’s Podcast offering.
- You will be required to work with prospective guests in pre-production, will need to book studio time and liaise with the Production Team to ensure efficient Production.
- Liaise with other Departments to assist in the schedule and distribution of finished productions.
- Develop strategies to help grow audiences by considering podcast distribution, promotion and analytics.
Experience you’ll need….
- 3-5 years experience Producing Podcasts, ideally visual and audio.
- A deep understanding of what makes a podcast work, and a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively whilst unsupervised.
- Excellent contributor when working within a team, and a desire to share knowledge within that team.
- Advanced and creative audio production skills and experience.
- An interest and desire to expand skillset into the visual mediums of Video and Print.
