The Role
Based in our Mackay clinic, you will be working with a passionate, friendly team and supported by our administration team.
- Performing comprehensive musculoskeletal, diabetic and general nail care assessments.
- Confidently treat a broad demographic which includes geriatric, paediatric and NDIS participants.
- Prescribing innovative orthotics.
- Access to shockwave and laser nail treatment.
- Access to innovative foot scanning.
- On-site grinders to provide efficient modification turnover.
- Assess footwear and confidently prescribe appropriate alternatives
- Busy clinic with a varying caseload, keeping your podiatric knowledge sharp.
You will have a diverse caseload of full-scope podiatry including:
- General foot care
- Diabetic foot care
- Nail surgery
- Innovative orthotics – including AFOs & SMOs
- Access to custom footwear and footwear modifications
- Musculoskeletal
- Shockwave
- Pediatrics
- NDIS
About you
We are looking for someone who is eager to get their foot in the door of a growing podiatry business.
Ideal candidates will have:
- You hold current registration with AHPRA
- Integrity, good organisational skills, effective communication, and a positive attitude
- You will be a motivated graduate or experienced clinician looking to learn and develop under a supportive network of practitioners.
