Focusing on the needs of older adults, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments;
- Providing ongoing interventions and reviews;
- Implementing robust management plans to ensure quality of life for recipients
What we need:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Experience desirable with an adult case load;
- Or a New Graduate ready to be mentored;
- Strong emotional intelligence essential;
- Current National Police Check;
- Flexibility to work across different sites;
- Full working rights;
- The ability to inspire and be part of our awesome team.
