The role
The People & Culture team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
The Policy and Compliance Manager plays a key role in leading policy development and management for P&C. It will ensure that the polices of P&C follow local/national laws, ethical standards, and regulatory policies.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Develop proficient knowledge on all Crown P&C Policy’s as well as any matrix and draft clear, concise, and effective policies that align with P&C’s strategy and vision.
- Ensure the Crown values and behaviours are embedded and brought to life through our policies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, consultation, and negotiation on policy issues, applying best practice methodologies to identify and develop solutions and make recommendations.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Ability to translate business strategy into tangible people plans.
- Deep knowledge and experience in driving talent, engagement, organizational design, and development solutions with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
- A continuous improvement mindset and desire to be a change agent to make a positive difference.
To be successful you will have a strategic yet pragmatic approach with the ability to execute in a changing environment. You will have a proven work ethic with the ability to work independently and proactively and enjoy the challenge that project work can bring.
