Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Policy and Procedure Systems Coordinator to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to lead, develop, maintain, and monitor systems that ensure our policy and procedure systems efficiently support practice and quality outcomes within the Rural Support Service. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance system-wide capacity and capability across a range of specialised clinical and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of policy and procedure systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and gaps in policy and procedure systems and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policy and procedure systems, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding policy and procedure interpretation and implementation.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to policy and procedure systems for staff across the organisation.
- Stay abreast of developments in healthcare regulations and standards to ensure policy and procedure systems remain current and relevant.
- Serve as a liaison between the Rural Support Service and the six regional LHNs to facilitate communication and collaboration on policy and procedure matters.
