Skills & Experience
- HDPE Butt Welding & Electrofusion Tickets
- Extensive knowledge of HDPE pipe, fittings and installation
- Experience using a wide range of welding machines, such as McElroy, Dixon and Ritmo
- Able to interpret drawings and work unsupervised
- Sound understanding of procedures and quality compliances regarding HDPE welding
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current drivers licence
Poly Welder
As a Poly Welder, your role will involve:
- Delivering a range dewatering projects
- Operating Various Poly welding machines
- Installing HDPE pipelines and associated infrastructures
Dewatering Technician
- Install and operate dewatering systems at remote FIFO construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of dewatering equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor and adjust water levels in excavation areas to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to plan and implement dewatering strategies.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dewatering pumps, hoses, and related equipment.
- Adhere to environmental regulations and best practices in water management.
- Provide on-site training to personnel on proper dewatering procedures and safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of water management activities and equipment maintenance.
