As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our brand champion and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support and assistance they need to thrive on their wellness journey.
We are looking for a Customer Service guru who has previous experience working in a call centre environment, in a similar role. Being tech-savvy is a must, proficient in platforms like Google Suite and Freshdesk to ensure seamless handling and accurate documentation of interactions. Your strong communication skills and knack for problem-solving will be crucial, enabling you to deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our valued customers.
You will also be a team player, and bring an enthusiastic attitude to work each day, helping us create an awesome atmosphere for our team and customers and build strong relationships with our customers.
