About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their high performing team located in Palmyra. As a key member providing end-to-end property management of a high quality rent roll, you will be at the forefront of ensuring property portfolios are managed with efficiency and effectiveness. This full-time position will suit candidates with a customer service focus and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Tree.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and various stakeholders.
- Negotiate favourable outcomes effectively.
- Accurately process and manage invoices.
- Manage arrears efficiently.
- Foster and expand client relationships.
Attributes and Skills Required
- 2+ years experience in end to end property management
- Property management registration is a mandatory requirement
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire for a stable, long-term position
- Propety Tree experience is essential
