Our successful and driven Commercial Property Management team are all about supporting one another and making a real difference to our clients through the delivery of exceptional service.
The team is poised for growth and are seeking like-minded Property Managers to join them; partnering with our clients to ensure their property assets are effectively managed and their values are maximised.
Managing a mixed portfolio that is primarily residential, with some commercial properties, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition to commercial property management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a licensed, experienced and professional Property Manager, with extensive residential experience, who takes pride in your work and enjoys the relationships you form with your clients and colleagues. You will have an eye for detail and a proven ability to multitask and prioritise. Professionally presented, you will be client focused, solution oriented, and like to have fun at work
In addition, the following will be highly regarded:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Great sense of humour!
