About You!
We are looking for dynamic individuals for our Behaviour Support roles, available in both part-time (minimum 3 days a week) and full-time capacities. Ideal candidates should have:
- Core or Proficient level of Positive Behaviour Support.
- A degree in Allied Health, or teaching, is required. A talent for engaging with diverse peoples.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. And ability to write detailed reports. A strengths based and proactive approach to supporting highly vulnerable individuals..
- Unique personal strengths and qualities that align with our team’s values.
- An Australian drivers license and access to a car.
Your Responsibilities
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
- Conduct participant assessments and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor participant progress.
- Collaborate with professionals across disciplines.
- Undertake home visits and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Peer review colleague reports.

Renumeration Package
Base rate of $100,000 - $125,000, plus Super.
- Travel reimbursement of $1 per KM.
- $6,000 clinical supervision, per year.
- $500 professional development, per year.
- Potential yearly bonus - Performance based.
