A day in the life of a Post Placement and Quality Specialist can include:

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in Employment Services, Case Management and/or Post Placement Support positions will be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of Indigenous culture and protocols with the ability to communicate and engage Indigenous communities effectively.
- Confident skills for leading and coordinating people, problem solving, team building, time management, project coordination, and the ability to develop practical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, people and networking skills to successfully liaise with jobseekers and stakeholders.
- History of developing innovative solutions
- Experience managing conflict and challenging behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high quality, individualised customer services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong team-based culture with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality and efficient mentoring services.
- Ability to develop and implement mentoring plans and activities to generate engagement of jobseekers, and/or improve output and efficiency.
- Ability to manage and take ownership of workload.
- Ability to develop practical and forward-thinking solutions to problems arising in the course of implementing change.
Please note this is a Max Term Contract until 31-10-2024 with possible extension

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
