Pr Manager

Zimmermann is seeking an experienced PR Manager to join our Brand & Content team. Reporting directly to the Brand & Content Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with key local and international PR, Showroom, and VIP agencies, driving execution of Zimmermann's global PR strategy from our Rosebery, NSW headquarters.

About the role:

Serving as the key point of contact, the PR Manager will develop collaborative relationships with our global partners to ensure seamless communication alignment. This includes overseeing all PR initiatives to ensure consistent messaging that reflects Zimmermann's brand identity and resonates with global audiences.

This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Rosebery, NSW.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Strategic Planning, Partnership, and Relationship Management

• Execute Zimmermann’s global PR strategies in line with brand tone to ensure seasonal and operational goals are achieved.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders including but not limited to Zimmermann’s Founders, CEO, and key departmental leaders.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to our agency partners by fostering a collaborative environment that maximises global results and elevates brand awareness.

PR Showrooms and VIP Services Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external PR, Showroom, and VIP services agencies.
• Oversee media relations, managing all interview and image requests in collaboration with the Brand & Content team.
• Lead PR & VIP sample process for showrooms, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to annual schedules, and efficient management of in-season requests and returns with support from the Brand & Content Sample Assistant.
• Oversee and manage requests relating to VIP dressing and gifting.
• Collate, maintain, and archive editorial and PR assets, including event and show reports.
• Sharing of on-message PR/VIP/Influencer generated content with the internal Digital team.

Brand & Content Projects

• In collaboration with global PR partners, execute and oversee projects for new and expanding regions, including but not limited to China and Germany.
• Support the planning of seasonal ready-to-wear shows runway shows, including but not limited to the coordination of PR requirements across the global PR agencies, VIP dressing, gifting, and invitation distribution.
• Planning with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners around a range of brand events, including new store openings, store launches, seasonal presentations, pre-show editor’s dinners, retail events, Seasonal events, showings, and brand collaborations, in line with the annual marketing calendar.
