ImpactInstute is a specialist impact advisory, brand storytelling and events company, and we're looking for an Account Executive in public relations and marketing services.
We're looking for someone with a passion for story, strong organisational skills and media relations experience to support the brand storytelling team. An unrelenting eye for detail and an affinity for the kind of organisation that underpins excellent client service will stand you in good stead.
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you would support client engagement, engage media, produce content across a range of topics and manage multiple stakeholders.
Day-to-day, the Account Executive is responsible for:
- Brand storytelling - developing media pitches and engaging media; developing and maintaining content calendars; developing story briefs; delivering written, video and audio content according to brief, produce content for social media channels.
- Account coordination - liaising with and attending meetings with clients, third party providers and internal teams; maintaining WIP documents; supervise intern / work experience students.
- Internal engagement - supporting new business; participating in team activities, idea generation sessions and professional development opportunities.
Skillset:
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in communications, media, marketing or similar
- 1-2+ years experience in a busy agency (or similar) environment
- Strong organisational and administration skills – you get it done!
- Excellent writing/content development across diverse audiences and media
- Understanding of Australia’s media landscape including mainstream, social and owned media channels
