We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive, with expertise in Digital Advertising to drive strategy and create campaigns that drive performance goals. Wise Up Marketing is a Boutique Agency, established in 2010, located in Inner Sydney with a small, coffee-loving, digitally powered team. We’re looking for a motivated individual with:
- Experience working with clients to identify consumer target segments to match their products/services
- The ability to monitor market trends that affect the consumer target segment and leverage them in targeted campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Thorough understanding of which platforms a business/brand should use to maximise their reach and outcomes, considering both paid and organic mediums
- Expertise in developing advertising campaigns to support sales objectives
- The ability to create copy and artwork assets to execute the campaigns
- Extensive experience executing advertising campaigns across Social Media channels (paid and organic) to create customer awareness
- Extensive experience executing advertising campaigns across Social Media channels (paid and organic) to promote products/service to drive sales conversion to the target market
- Developed skills in data analysis, and campaign performance monitoring. With hands on experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and similar
- Proficiency in preparing analytics reports to gain insights from campaigns and identify actions for optimisation of campaigns
- A business development mindset that focusses on retaining the current client portfolio as well as opportunities to grow services and offerings
- Is committed to a drama-free, stress-free, politics-free work environment.
Our ideal candidate will also have:
- 3+ years experience in Advertising Planning and Management, working in a Digital agency or similar
- A self-improving approach through experience, observation, introspection, reading and discussion
- Excellent written and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Qualifications in marketing or business (highly regarded)
- Permanent Australian Residency status
- Availability to work in our office
