Pr / Marketing Coordinator

Are you a resilient, hardworking PR / Marketing guru with knowledge and understanding of the Design / Architecture industry? Do you have 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role? 

 A leading architectural practice is on the hunt for someone to assist our BD-Marketing team. This role is suited to someone who loves architecture, interior design, community focused narratives and multi-sector language.  This is a part time role, 3 days per week, split to suit however open to the option of a casual role if preferred.

 Reports to: Principal – Business Development

 Location:  Brisbane / Melbourne / Sydney

 Role Accountabilities

The PR & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the driving of content and campaigns in alignment with overarching practice and sector strategies.  Key components of the role are:

• Articulating practice and project visions
• Profile individuals
• Track and implement milestone promotion opportunities
• Digital and Social platform management
• Content creation, Media releases, opinion pieces, EDM production
• Website management
• Establish and maintain media relationships
• Multi-channel campaigns

 About you

Previous experience in an architecture or design firm will be highly regarded.

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Proficient Adobe creative suite abilities
• Advanced MS office abilities
• Excellent time management
• Outstanding communication skills
• Outstanding copy writing skills
• EDM and Website CMS experience
• Excellent Social Media platform management
• Established media relationships
