Our multidisciplinary communication unit is seeking a marketing and communications professional to fill a Senior Advisor (Marketing and Communication) role to provide customer-focused, innovative, accessible and inclusive marketing and communication that directly impact Queensland communities and industry.

To excel in this role you'll need:
- Highly Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, marketing, public relations, or similar: or at least five years of experience in a like role.
- Brand Management: Experience developing and maintaining brand identity, positioning and messaging across various channels.
- Campaign Management and Data Analysis: Expertise in planning, executing and evaluating marketing campaign performance to optimise results and enhance brand reputation.
- Content Creation: Proficient in creating high-quality digital, marketing and communication content and assets for various communication channels to support organisational initiatives and crisis messaging.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse and complex internal and external stakeholder groups.
