NGOM has two office locations in Adelaide, one in Rose Park and the other in Salisbury.
About the Role
As the Practice Coordinator, you will manage the day to day reception and administration operations of both practice locations. Providing leadership to the team, you will place an emphasis on patient experience ensuring that exceptional service is provided to patients and families and that all needs of stakeholders are met. You will work closely with the Director to ensure that policies and procedures are maintained and will contribute to strategic planning to support continued success.
Duties
Manage daily practice operations in line with strategic plans
Lead and manage the Reception and Administration team holding regular staff meetings
Review appointments, bookings and paperwork to ensure efficient workflow
Manage high levels of communication across all channels
Oversee internal and external communications
Provide support to the Finance Manager in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, and budgets
Maintain office and administrative supplies
Manage conflict resolution and customer complaints
Contribute to process improvement and process review to ensure team success
Ensure practice meets compliance standards at all times
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Experience providing leadership to a team in a similar environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience
High level experience in MS Office Suite and practice management software, ZedMed experience beneficial
Excellent phone manner and professional presentation
