Brentnalls SA is a Business Advisory Chartered Accountant Practice, and we are proudly South Australian.  Operating for over 23 years we have connections nationally via a network of affiliations and collectively we have over 150 years' experience.

At our core is our people.  We are a team of over 85 dedicated staff which includes 10 Partners & Principals, 5 Associates and 2 Consultants.  A group which has more than tripled in size in the last fifteen years!

Our modern well-appointed offices are located in Hindmarsh which is just outside the CBD.

The Role:

As a Practice Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role within our administrative team, providing essential support as needed. Your duties will span a wide range of tasks, including, but not limited to, maintaining client relationships and assisting the accounting team. A positive and flexible attitude is required due to the varied and unpredictable workload of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping including Invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to Practice Partners and Practice Manager.
  • Efficiently managing and organising Partner schedules, including arranging appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Generating diverse reports for the administrative team, including ATO lodgements.
  • Monitoring client accounts receivable, pursuing overdue invoices, and aiding in the resolution of billing discrepancies.
  • Contributing to team cohesion and embodying our Vision & Values.
  • Step in to assist the admin team as required, ensuring seamless operations.
