As Practice Manager, it's an opportunity of a lifetime to continue to build on this very successful practice, with the previous PM having been in this role for many, many years. With 13 + GP's, 8 admin staff and a 2IC and local Quality Manager to back you up, you'll have everything you'll need to succeed in your role.

You are the type of person that likes efficiency, achieving high standards through collaborative management of people and be able to demonstrate a willingness to further develop and learn, both for you and your team. You are organised and one step ahead of the game, because you know how to prioritise but also be flexible to ensure the needs of the practice, your staff and patients are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to all members of the team so as to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere.
Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the practice.
Communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner.
Operations and administration of the practice, including monitoring practice KPIs and strategy planning.
