About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager - Psychology. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our team of Practitioners.
Responsibilities:
Practitioner Management
- Provide practitioner ongoing training and support.
- Manage practitioner leave cover.
- Collate and analyse practitioner performance data.
- Oversee the DOC practitioner workflow.
- Liaise with client management team to ensure practitioner calendar requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop and refine processes inline with industry standards to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure the safe and proper management of high-risk clients.
Leadership
- Guide and support practitioners.
- Oversee and manage support staff including leave.
- Ensure smooth and collaborative relationship between the Practitioner Management team and the Client Management team.
Requirements for the role:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Full-time office role with an option for 2 days WFH where business requirements allow.
- Must be flexible to work outside of normal office hours as required and within reason.
- Must be able and willing to travel interstate and between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane on short notice as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience working in allied health.
- Experience managing psychologists/mental health professionals is preferred.
- Experience with Halaxy and Cliniko preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound commercial acumen and ability to compile and analyse performance reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a range of diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and lead team members.
