Practice Manager Wanted Brisbane North

Experienced,  Practice Manager needed to start immediately.   
 

Mandatory criteria:

Professional, helpful manner, and reliable, positive work attitude.  Must be a “people person” with superior communication skills.
 

Be able to work well with other staff, to work independently in leadership role, and be a competent problem solver rather than just problem finder. 

Observing and protecting the privacy and confidentially of patient records at all times.  

Ability to multitask, and think and act 100% for the best of the practice. 

Ability to operate medical administrative software BEST PRACTICE, utilizing the system to invoice and receipt patients and third parties, manage appointments, make successful and accurate claims resubmissions to Medicare and DVA.

Ability to manage staff roster, payroll, grievance resolution, hold regular staff meetings and produce minutes of meetings, conduct staff performance appraisals, recruitment of staff and doctors, manage staff and business development, and to improve the Google reviews of the business.  To be able to lead the clinic to achieve successful practice accreditation. 

Have driver’s license and own car.

Is Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
