Hurstbridge Medical Centre has a rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team, looking for a Registered Nurse that has had previous general practice experience.
Our nurses are all DIV 1 qualified. They are here to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care and to provide patients with information needed to maintain optimal health.
Some of the services our nurses provided although not limited to:
- Adult /child immunisations
- Health assessments
- Chronic Disease Management Care Plans
- Wound care
- Iron infusions
- Asthma and diabetes education
