We have a part-time position available at our Nillumbik Medical Clinic in Eltham, located in the beautiful eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, triage patients, and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Perform wound care, administer injections and vaccinations, and assist with minor procedures.
- Coordinate and manage chronic disease management programs, including care planning and health promotion initiatives.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities and adhere to infection control and clinical governance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Endorsed Nurse (EEN) qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Desired but not essential. Experience working in a General Practice or similar primary healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated competence in general nursing procedures, wound care, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with current best practices.
