Practice Nurse

Harvey Medical Group is a busy group of GP clinics servicing the South West over three locations (Harvey, Waroona & Dalyellup). We are looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our amazing team of nurses.  The role involves supporting the consulting GP's and admin team as required, triage, immunisation's, dressings and wound care, assisting in minor procedures, chronic disease management & health assessments and managing the recall and reminder system.  This is a well supported role with senior nurses providing training. We require nurses to work in Harvey and Waroona.   New graduates are welcome to apply.  HMG is a family friendly employer.

Past experience working in a general practice is highly desirable for this role.

Essential criteria to be successful in this role:

· Current APHRA registration, police clearance and CPR certificate

· High level of communication skills with both patients and staff

· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

· Previous experience in a General Practice OR Hospital Setting desirable.

· Computer literate and previous experience using Best Practice, Hot Docs would be an advantage.

· Current SA Health Immunisation certification (company will provide if you do not have)

· Eligibility to work in Australia
