We are a thriving well-established Medical Practice in Aberfoyle Park seeking an additional RN Practice Nurse to join us approximately 3-5 days a week. Remuneration negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- All aspects of General Practice Nursing
- Strong focus on Chronic Disease Management (CDM), Health Assessments, including patient education
- Patient focused care
Essential Criteria:
- Experience within a GP Setting
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of the 5th Standards
- AHPRA registration
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support Certificate
- Current Police clearance and WWCC check
- Work well in a team and autonomously
Highly Regarded:
- Previous medical software knowledge, preferably Best Practice
- Available to start immediately
