Renumeration: An annual salary of $74,000 to $78,000 plus Superannuation
Job description:
Oberon Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice, and a well-established General Practice with onsite pathology collection, Allied Health Professionals, and access to Specialist Telehealth. We take pride in offering the highest standards of medical care to every patient. We are located in Oberon, a thriving country town, around 50km from Bathurst, NSW.
Essential selection criteria:
- Current registration or eligibility to be registered with AHPRA as RN
- Have two or more years of relevent experience
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to prioritize effectively
- Possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and good judgment
- Ability to overcome challenges with a positive attitude and bring positive energy to the team
- Willingness to learn and train others
- Ability to work independently, and a good team player
- Desirable selection criteria:
- Some exposure to Chronic Disease management including care plans and health assessment.
- Cold chain management of vaccines
- Ability to perform ECG, Audiometry, Spirometry, Wound care, Dressings, and Assisting doctors with minor surgery procedures and skin surgery procedures
- Daily stock control and any medical equipment maintenance, Implementing and practicing infection control
- Pre-employment medical assessments
