Are you an enthusiastic, well-motivated and suitably qualified person with a keen interest in all aspects of building management, maintenance, DIY, painting and decorating, caretaking and gardening skills together with an ability to supervise and work alongside cleaning staff and external Contractors.
The role of Premises Officer:
Ensure that the school environment is maintained to a satisfactory standard
Deliver a quality service in a school where high standards are set and expected
Carry out compliance checks
Complete mandatory reports
Provide support to other Centres when required
About you:
Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent
Experience in ICT software, particularly office 365
Experience in similar working environment
Have a patient and flexible attitude
Be well organised and highly motivated
The ability to work in a team and on own initiative
