This role is an inbound and outbound Premium Customer Service role.

We are looking for an experienced Premium Customer Service representative to help manage a portfolio of established customers, (NO COLD CALLING). In this role you will be working closely with the entire sales department to create a connection between Koch & Co and the Customer
You will be required to communicate directly with your customer base establishing a strong relationship. This will be through both inbound and outbound telephone and email communication. Your portfolio will have customers from varied industries, however the main focus will be the Florist industry.
Training and support is provided.
This is not a role which we expect can operate successfully, working from home.
Daily tasks and KPI’s
- make 40-50 outbound telephone calls
- ensure your customer base is aware of any promotions available
- respond to all inbound communication
- facilitate inbound product information requests and customer orders
- manage your customer bases order pipeline to ensure Premium Customers service
- Qualify all new customer accounts which are created
