As the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our team of 12 passionate individuals. Your love for premium and luxury homewares and children's items will shine as you assist customers in finding the perfect designs for their homes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on motivating their team to reach their peak potential and has a strong drive to exceed KPIs. You'll also oversee visual merchandising to ensure our high standards are met, and you'll manage stock control and inventory with precision.
