SalaryWe are looking for creative and skilled individual for a Prep Chef position to assist our Head Chef in running this beachfront restaurant.
The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about their work, is a dedicated team player, who has demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who is keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

The applicant must have experience with very high volume kitchens as well as have the following attributes;
- Flexible with a rotating roster with morning & night shifts available (Potential for overnight shifts during peak times)
- Experience with seafood advantageous
- Excellent knife skills
- Understanding of Food Safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team & also autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - have a love for hospitality
