Position: Prepack Machine Operator
Location: Marland Mushrooms Farm, Stapylton.

Your Role:
As a Prepack Machine Operator, you'll be at the forefront of our production process, ensuring the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up machine as per order priority
- Ensure that orders are on board and that output is monitored
- Check for volumes and date accuracy
- General machine trouble shooting
- Assist supervisor with production flow and trouble shooting
- Complete paperwork as prescribed
- Report any accident or incidents or non-conformances to supervisor
- Assist with rejects and collection of shelf-life sampling
- Good working knowledge of WH&S policy and procedure

Requirements:
- Prior experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
