Through clever design and quality construction, a 101 Residential home makes the most of every precious square meter of even the narrowest block.
We are currently seeking an experienced Prestart Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. Experience in residential construction highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Arrange and conduct Prestart selection meetings.
- Provide regular update to customers about the prestart process.
- Preparation of Variations and Final Documents;
- Work within a team to achieve targets;
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout pre-construction process.
To be considered for the role, you will have;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Prestart Consultant within the residential construction industry (desirable but not essential);
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans;
- Experience in finalizing contracts and addenda's;
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
- Experience in using a range of computer systems (Click Homes and MS Office desirable);
- Team focused attitude and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
