We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Prestart Consultant to join our Prestart and Contracts team, with an immediate start.
As an integral member of our Pre-Start team your role will include:
- Arranging and conducting prestart consultations
- Documenting Client selections, preparing contracts, variations and pricing
- Working proactively with your clients throughout the pre-construction process to achieve positive and successful outcomes
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Ideally, as the successful candidate you will have:
- Diploma of Interior Design, or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience as a Prestart Consultant
- Experience in single and two storey houses
- Sound construction knowledge and the ability to read plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative flair
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
