👔 About the Role: As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our store. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and cultivate a high-performing team. This is a full-time salaried position, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
- Must be able to roster staff according to a budget.
- Manage staff effectively to ensure a motivated and productive team.
- Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize computer software for various operational tasks.
