Based on the Brisbane Northside they are now seeking a pricing / bid / logistics coordinator to join a successful team experiencing growth.
Position responsibilities:
- Obtain request to quotes / tender;
- Review and evaluate cost estimates, checking specifications / technical requirements;
- Communicate with partners and team members regarding new and current projects;
- Prepare estimates and purchase orders in details for all products;
- Obtain quotes from logistic providers for unpack / deliveries;
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors;
- Prepare cost analysis;
- Establish work relationships with vendors;
- Maintain document control
- A minimum of 2 years across a pricing / bid / estimation role;
- Experience in managing a fluctuating workload;
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) specifically experience within MS Excel at an intermediate level;
- Exemplary communication skills;
- Strong time management and organization skills with an outstanding eye for detail
