Learn more atAbout role:The Pricing Specialist supports the business with the execution and management of proactive and dynamic pricing strategies.The role owns the pricing function, encompassing customer rebates agreements, price list management andIn addition to this, the Pricing Specialist will work with cross-functional areas of the business to support the execution of the relevant strategies with Business Intelligence, market insights and analytics that will help drive the business growth and profitability.The Pricing Specialist will assist the business in achieving these goals using customised pricing, segmentation-based pricing, adaptive price strategies and drive changes in customer behaviour (e.g., increase web ordering).Responsibilities, Supporting Actions include but not limited to:
- Ensure accurate implementation of Pricing Condition/Rebates
- Manage list price and RRP maintenance, promotional pricing
- Price condition reporting – Advising the broader business on the expiry of existing conditions.
- Respond to Sales/Product team enquiries concerning pricing
- Participate in the Global SAP price testing
- Analysing Pricing Conditions and reporting on their performance to the respective teams
- Customer Segmentation reporting and analysis, assisting review the performance of their pricing segmentation strategy
- Higher education (e.g., Bachelor of Business Analytics, Finance, Commerce, Management)
- Minimum 3 years functional experience including a minimum 1-year position specific experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong Critical thinking skills
- Proficient in data visualisation tools such as PowerBi, QlikSense, Tableau etc.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and database programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
